* We have received reports that the bulk carrier NOINA (IMO 9213820) ran aground at the 169 mile marker of the Orinoco River, Venezuela, on 30 March 2026.
* It is reported that the vessel remains aground and has yet to be refloated, allegedly due to excessive loading, despite multiple refloating attempts by tugs and local authorities.
* It is possible that General Average/Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.
